## Keep tenant access separated

An organization should see only its assigned teams, players, and members. A team manager should not receive access to other teams unless invited. Athletes may maintain their own ProspectHQ record while separately accepting membership in one or more organizations.

<Warning>
  Use the lowest role that lets a person complete their job. Remove access promptly when a coach or manager leaves the organization.
</Warning>

## Public organization page

The organization can choose whether teams and athletes appear publicly. The public website does not expose the private management workspace.
