# AI player summary

> Generate a Coach-written summary of a player using Ask Coach.

# AI player summary

Ask Coach reads the player's imported stats, performance sessions, and highlights and returns a short, coach-style summary you can play back as audio.

## Requirements

## Generate a summary

  <Step title="Open the player">
    From your organization, choose **Players** and open the profile.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Find the Ask Coach card">
    On the **Player Profile** tab, scroll to the **Ask Coach** section on the player card.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select Ask Coach">
    Select **Ask Coach**. Coach reviews the available stats and sessions and writes a summary.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Read or listen">
    The written response appears on the card. If audio was generated, use **Replay** and **Stop** to control playback.
  </Step>

## Monthly quota

Ask Coach summaries use a monthly free quota tied to your plan.

* The **remaining free summaries this month** count appears with each response.
* When the quota reaches zero, the Ask Coach button is disabled until the quota resets or the plan is upgraded.

## Tips for better summaries

    Add throwing velocity, exit velocity, bat sensor, or athletic testing sessions so Coach has performance signals to reference.

    Highlight sessions and tagged videos give Coach richer context.

  <Card title="Keep positions current" icon="user-tag">
    Accurate positions and Recruit Mode fields help Coach frame the summary for the right audience.

<Note>
  Ask Coach uses only the data already saved on the player. It does not pull new data from GameChanger, BlueGolf, or other sources when you generate a summary.
