Build an organization website

Open the organization workspace and select Public Page. The editor separates manual page building from AI-assisted creation.

How the editor is organized

Manually manage branding, logo and hero media, layout and access, website staff, button design, team pages, resources, and other public content.

Add brand details

In Page Builder → Branding, review:
  • Public organization display name
  • Program tagline and organization story
  • Sport and audience context
  • Primary, secondary, accent, background, and text colors
  • Typography and text formatting where available
  • Public address and map visibility, when appropriate
Choose colors with readable contrast. Light backgrounds need dark text, and dark backgrounds need light text.
Use organization colors consistently, but prioritize legibility over exact color matching for paragraph text and buttons.

Use the website builder

In Layout & Access, arrange the public modules and choose who can see them.
1

Choose visible modules

Enable only the content the organization wants to publish, such as teams and athletes, resources, staff, fundraising, address, or custom sections.
2

Set access

Select the appropriate public, team, or private access level for each supported module.
3

Arrange sections

Move modules into a logical order. Keep the most important public information near the top.
4

Configure navigation

Enable Show in menu for sections that should appear in the sticky navigation. Custom sections may appear under More.
5

Preview before publishing

Use View public page in a new window and test desktop and mobile layouts.

Build with AI

The AI builder creates a starting design. It does not remove manual control.
1

Describe the organization

Explain the sport, age or competition level, audience, personality, priorities, and desired call to action. Avoid including sensitive player information.
2

Add a reference website when available

Enter a website the organization owns or has permission to reference. ProspectHQ can use visible design cues, brand colors, font direction, logo, public staff or contact details, and useful links as inputs.
3

Confirm image rights when using source images

Confirm that the organization owns or has permission to use any reference images. If no suitable images are available, the builder can create a new image from the prompt.
4

Generate the draft

Start the build and allow the progress steps to finish. Keep the page open while the request is processing.
5

Review every field

Return to Page Builder to check colors, copy, links, layout, access settings, logo, and hero image. Make manual adjustments before publishing.
AI website updates and AI image generations use billing-period credits. The editor shows the remaining allowance when a credit-limited tool is available.

Upload a logo and hero image

Open Page Builder → Logo & Hero Image. Upload the organization logo in a supported image format. The logo is used in the public header and may be used as the organization favicon. Where available, select Enhance with AI to upscale and sharpen the exact logo and remove its background without redesigning it. Always inspect the result before publishing.

Hero image upload

Use the direct upload option when a finished hero image already exists. Choose a wide, high-resolution image with enough open space for headings and buttons. Preview it on both desktop and mobile.

Use AI Hero Studio

AI Hero Studio is separate from direct hero upload.
1

Choose AI Hero Studio

Switch from the direct upload workflow to the AI creation workflow.
2

Add references

Use the organization logo, an approved reference website, or upload up to four authorized reference images when the interface offers them.
3

Describe the desired image

Explain the sport, athletes, setting, competitive level, audience, mood, and brand feel. Prompt suggestions can help establish direction.
4

Generate and review

Generate the image, confirm that the result represents the organization appropriately, and save it as the hero image.
Only upload or reference images the organization has permission to use. Review AI-generated images for accuracy, appropriate athlete representation, and unintended text or logo changes.

Publish and share

After previewing the page, publish it and use Share public link. ProspectHQ uses the organization’s SEO-friendly public URL when one is configured. The hero image is used as the organization social-sharing image, while the logo remains the favicon.

Troubleshooting

Simplify the prompt, verify the reference URL is publicly reachable, and try again. If image creation fails but the page design succeeds, review the saved page draft before restarting the entire build.
Confirm the reference website is publicly available, then specify the exact brand colors in the prompt or set them manually in Branding.
Confirm the form reported a successful save, refresh the public page, and check that the edited module is enabled for public access. Images may take a brief moment to refresh through the delivery cache.
