Manage player pages and development data

Open the player and choose Manage Player. The private workspace is organized by profile, games or tournaments, season totals, performance data, highlights, and access controls.

Select what to share publicly

1

Open Profile & teams

In Manage Player, open the profile section and locate public-page or visibility settings.
2

Choose overall visibility

Set the profile to private or public. Team membership alone should not override an athlete or guardian’s privacy control.
3

Choose public sections

Enable or disable supported sections such as statistics, performance, trends, highlights, coaching insight, and other development modules.
4

Preview the public page

Open View public page and verify that only the intended information appears.

Import player statistics

ProspectHQ separates individual games or tournaments from aggregate season totals.
In Games, use the GameChanger completed-game import for official box-score PDFs or player Stats-page screenshots. Select the table type—such as Hitting, Hitting — advanced, Pitching, Pitching — advanced, or the matching fielding table—before previewing. Each dated row is stored as game-by-game data.

Import safely

  1. Choose the correct sport, record type, and source.
  2. Choose one or multiple supported files.
  3. Preview extracted values.
  4. Correct uncertain dates, opponent or tournament details, season, year, and statistics.
  5. Review duplicate detection.
  6. Import only after the preview matches the source.
If two games occurred on the same date, use opponent and team information to confirm the correct game before saving.

Add or edit statistics manually

Use Add player stats without an import or open an existing saved record. Enter only the values you know. Game details—date, opponent, and score—are edited separately from player hitting, pitching, or fielding values.

Import performance data

Open the performance or tracked-metrics section and choose the record type.
1

Choose the measurement type

Select the correct performance category and optional Measured with tool.
2

Add the session date

Use the date the performance occurred, not the upload date.
3

Enter values or import a supported file

Add only measurements shown by the source. Use the source-specific import when one is available.
4

Attach supporting video

Upload an authorized video when the record supports it. Multiple videos from the same session may be grouped together.
5

Save and review

Confirm units and tool names. A heavy training bat, for example, can affect how bat-speed data should be interpreted.

Player highlights

Video titles use embedded metadata when available and fall back to the file name. Recording date and description may also be prefilled. Review those fields before saving. Adding a title and play date makes a growing highlight library easier to filter and share.

Recruit Mode

Recruit Mode adds recruiting-focused public information and actions.
1

Complete the player profile

Add graduation year, school, GPA, positions, measurements, awards and honors, biography, contact destination, and current team details where appropriate.
2

Review public sections

Publish only the stats, trends, testing, highlights, and academic details the athlete or guardian approves.
3

Enable Recruit Mode

Turn on Recruit Mode in the profile settings and save.
4

Test recruiting actions

Preview the SEO-friendly profile and test Message, Share, the recruiting PDF or resume, and browser follow/bookmark options.
Use a guardian-controlled contact destination for minors when appropriate. Do not publish a youth athlete’s private email, phone number, birthdate, home address, or school schedule without informed authorization.

Free and paid access

Available features depend on the user’s account and organization membership. Free player access may include profile updates, manual data, supported data imports, a limited highlight, and limited player summaries. AI coaching, deeper trends, additional video, and other premium tools can remain visible with an upgrade prompt.
