Editing profile information

Organization managers, coaches with player permissions, controlling guardians, and the athlete themselves can edit a player profile.

Open the profile

1

Go to the player

Open your organization, choose Players, and select the player you want to edit.
2

Edit profile

Use the profile editor at the top of the workspace to update fields.

Fields you can update

  • Player name
  • Birthdate
  • Jersey number
  • Primary positions
  • Bats and Throws (baseball and softball)
  • Sport-specific profile fields (for example, golf handicap or club details)
  • Headline shown on the public profile
  • Player summary / bio
  • Name and headline text styles
  • Profile visibility (public or private)
Enable Recruit mode to expose recruiting details such as graduation year, current school, GPA, and awards on the public profile.

Control which sections appear publicly

Use Public sections on the profile to toggle which development areas (stats, performance, highlights, recruiting) appear on the shared public page. Hidden sections stay in the workspace but do not appear to visitors.
Changes to a public profile are visible immediately to anyone with the profile link. Set the profile to Private before making sensitive edits if you want to review changes first.

Archive or reactivate a player

Use Archive player to hide the profile from active rosters while keeping the historical record. Reactivate at any time to restore the player to the roster.
