Creating player cards

The player card is the branded header at the top of every profile. It includes the photo, name, headline, positions, sport-specific fields, and (in Recruit Mode) an above-the-fold recruiting identity block.

Where the player card appears

  • The Player Profile tab in the player workspace.
  • The public profile page shared via link.
  • Print/PDF exports (Recruit Mode).

Build or update a player card

1

Open the player

Go to your organization, choose Players, and select the player.
2

Switch to Manage Player

Use the Manage Player tab to see the card management controls.
3

Add or change the profile photo

Select Add profile photo or Change profile photo. Upload, crop, remove, or (on eligible plans) AI-enhance the image. See Uploading a profile picture.
4

Edit player details

Select Edit player profile to update the name, jersey number, birthdate, positions, bats/throws, sport-specific fields, headline, and public summary.
5

Style the name and headline

Use the Player name and Public headline style controls to set the appearance of those elements on the card.
6

Choose profile access

Set Profile access to Public or Private. Only public cards appear on the shareable profile URL.
7

Turn on Recruit Mode (optional)

Enable Recruit Mode to add a recruiting identity block, awards, and share/print/follow actions. See Player modes.
8

Save

Save the profile. The card updates on both the workspace and the public page.

Share or publish the card

When the profile is public, use the card’s Share profile action (Development mode) or the share, print/PDF, and follow actions (Recruit Mode) to distribute the page.
A clear head-and-shoulders photo, an accurate headline, and up-to-date positions make the card scannable to coaches and recruiters in seconds.
