Recruit Mode and public recruiting profiles

Recruit Mode turns an approved public player profile into a recruiting-focused presentation. It does not change who can manage the athlete or make private information public automatically.

Before enabling Recruit Mode

Complete and verify the information appropriate to the athlete:
  • Graduation year, current school, GPA, positions, and measurements
  • Current team and approved contact destination
  • Awards, honors, biography, and athlete goals
  • Verified statistics, performance trends, and highlights
For a minor, use a guardian-controlled contact destination when appropriate. Do not publish a private phone number, home address, birthdate, school schedule, or account email without informed authorization.

Turn on Recruit Mode

1

Open Manage Player

Select the athlete, choose Manage Player, and open Profile & teams.
2

Complete recruiting fields

Add the approved school, graduation, academic, athletic, and recognition details.
3

Choose public sections

Decide whether statistics, trends, performance, highlights, and coaching insight can appear publicly.
4

Enable and preview

Turn on Recruit Mode, save, and open the public profile in a separate window.

Recruiting actions

Test every action after publishing. The public profile should be understandable without requiring a ProspectHQ login.

Update the recruiting record

Recruiting information is most useful when it stays current. Review it after each season, major tournament, testing period, award, school change, or new highlight.

Manage profile and sharing

Control visibility, profile details, and public sections.

Import performance and video

Add tracked measurements and approved highlights.
