Golf tournaments and season totals
Golf profiles use tournaments and golf season totals. They do not use GameChanger games.Tournament results
Each tournament should be stored as its own record so ProspectHQ can build a history and analyze performance over time.1
Open Tournaments
Open the golfer, choose Manage Player → Tournaments, and select the available manual, screenshot, PDF, or supported BlueGolf workflow.
2
Preview the result
Confirm tournament name, course, start date, end date, score, finish, points, and the original result URL when available.
3
Review duplicate detection
ProspectHQ compares the normalized tournament name and start date on the same player profile. A matching event is skipped by default; choose update only when the new source should correct it.
4
Save and review
Open Tournament history and verify the new record and result link.
Edit or remove a tournament
In Tournament history, choose Edit or remove tournament. An authorized coach, athlete, or guardian can correct the record or confirm Remove tournament for an unwanted duplicate. If a coach and parent submit the same event, it belongs to the player profile rather than to the person who imported it. Matching name and date values are deduplicated; different names or dates remain separate for review.Season totals
Use Manage Player → Season totals for aggregated season information:- Year and season name
- Events played and first-, second-, and third-place finishes
- Rounds played and lowest round
- Par breakers percentage and rank
- All-round, first-round, and final-round scoring averages
- Scoring averages by par
- Front-nine and back-nine scoring averages
