Performance data and video

Performance records complement game or tournament results. Open the player, choose Manage Player, and use the performance, tracked-metrics, or highlights section.

Choose the record type

Add a performance session

1

Choose the measurement

Select the category that matches the activity. Use Measured with to identify Pocket Radar, HitTrax, TAG One, a radar gun, Blast Motion, or another tool when known.
2

Use the activity date

Enter when the performance occurred, not when the file was uploaded.
3

Add verified values

Enter only measurements shown by the source. Confirm units, equipment, and session context before saving.
4

Attach supporting video

Upload an authorized recording when the record supports it. Videos from the same dated session may appear together.
Equipment matters. A heavy training bat, different club, or changed testing setup can affect comparisons. Record the tool and context so future analysis is more useful.

Add player highlights

You can upload a single video or use batch upload when available. ProspectHQ can use embedded metadata and falls back to the file name for the title. Review the recording date, title, and description before saving. Dates and titles are optional where shown, but adding them makes a growing video library easier to filter, understand, and share.

Visibility and plan access

Performance and video visibility follows the player’s access and public-section settings. Free plans may include limited video or summary usage, while additional video, AI coaching, and deeper analysis can require an eligible plan. Always preview the public player page after changing visibility.
