Use Upload to ProspectHQ

The Upload to ProspectHQ action lets you send a supported item from Photos, Files, Messages, Safari, and other compatible iPhone apps without first navigating through ProspectHQ.

Enable the action

1

Open ProspectHQ and sign in once

The Share Sheet uses the app’s protected signed-in session. Open ProspectHQ Uploader and complete sign-in before using the action for the first time.
2

Open the source item

In Photos or Files, select one supported photo, screenshot, video, or CSV file and tap Share.
3

Enable Upload to ProspectHQ if needed

Scroll through the actions and choose More. Find Upload to ProspectHQ, enable it, and optionally add it to Favorites.
4

Choose athlete and classification

Select an authorized athlete, confirm the suggested or intended data type, and review the destination. The Share Sheet never grants new athlete access.
5

Keep the Share Sheet open

Wait for progress, processing, and confirmation before closing the sheet.

Supported items

The Share Sheet accepts one supported item at a time:
  • One photo or screenshot for Swing Analysis, Ball Trajectory, or Pitching/Throwing
  • One video for Swing Analysis, Ball Trajectory, Pitching/Throwing, Athletic Testing, or Player Highlight
  • One UTF-8 GameChanger season-statistics CSV up to 2 MB
  • One UTF-8 Pocket Radar session CSV up to 2 MB
GameChanger CSVs must contain the supported season-statistics sections and match the selected baseball or softball athlete. Pocket Radar CSVs must contain recognizable headers and match the selected baseball athlete. ProspectHQ validates the format, athlete identity, entitlement, duplicate state, and organization boundary on the server.
PDFs, GameChanger game PDFs, golf tournament imports, and other document types use the exact guided web importer opened from the main iPhone app.

Session and observation choices

Performance media can create a new session or attach to an existing compatible session. When the session contains observations, connect the video to the relevant swing, shot, pitch, or throw. The action uses the same private storage and upload authorization as the main app. The app sharing the original file cannot read your ProspectHQ session.

If the action is missing

  1. Confirm ProspectHQ Uploader is installed and has been opened after installation.
  2. Sign in successfully in the main app.
  3. Share only one supported item.
  4. Open More in the Share Sheet and enable Upload to ProspectHQ.
  5. Restart the source app or iPhone if iOS has not refreshed the available actions.
